Privacy notice.

What we collect and why

If you book a call, the booking page collects your name, email and the answers you give to its short questions. If you email us, we have what you send. We use it to reply to you, to discuss possible work with you, and to follow up on that conversation. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it, and where

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs our website analytics. Email and bookings are handled through Microsoft 365 email and Microsoft Bookings.

These providers may store or process information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't follow you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If a conversation doesn't lead to work, we delete it after 24 months. If you become a client, we keep what our contract and Canadian record-keeping rules require.

Your access and corrections

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email hello@interprito.com, or write to Interprito Labs Inc., 77 City Centre Drive, East Tower, Suite 501, Mississauga, ON L5B 1M5. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
