How engagements start
Discovery: a fixed-fee first step.

- Credited against follow-on work
Discovery is how we find out whether we can help, and how, before either of us commits to a larger project. It comes after a free 30-minute call, once we both think it's worth doing.
If you go ahead with us, the full Discovery fee is credited against the follow-on work. If you don't, the plan is still yours to use.

- We agree what is worth doing first, and what can wait.
- You get a written plan: scope, timeline, cost and the risks we see.
