Advisory runs month to month on a retainer. The level of involvement is agreed in Discovery, and can change as your needs do.
How it starts
Discovery
- 2–3 weeks
- Fixed fee from $7,500
- Credited against follow-on work
After a free 30-minute call, we look at your systems, data and team as they are today, and agree what is worth doing first. You get a written plan with scope, timeline and cost. If you go ahead with us, the Discovery fee comes off the follow-on work.
