Applied AI that holds up in practice.

AI is useful when it works from your real data, a person signs off on what it produces, and the business keeps running if it's wrong. That's how we apply it.

01

Grounded in real data

AI works from your records, documents and measurements, and every answer points back to where it came from.

02

A person signs off

AI drafts, checks and flags. A qualified person reviews and approves before anything reaches a client or a record.

03

Out of the critical path

If the AI is slow, wrong or unavailable, the work still gets done. It speeds people up; it doesn't hold them up.

Drafting reports from field data

Site notes, photos and readings become a first-draft report. The person who did the work reviews it, corrects it and signs it.

Checking results against specifications

Measured results are compared with the specification and anything out of range is flagged. An engineer confirms each flag before it goes out.

Answers from your own documents

Staff ask questions across manuals, past jobs and correspondence, and every answer links to its source so they can check it.

Organizations under pressure to do something with AI that want a first step worth doing, grounded in their own data rather than a demo.

  • The board keeps asking about our AI plan.
  • We tried a chatbot. Nobody uses it.
  • We have years of reports and no time to read them.
  • A readiness review: which workflows and data are ready for AI now, and which aren't yet.
  • A first pilot on one real workflow, with a person approving every output.
  • A plain answer at the end: expand it, change it or stop.
  • Readiness review: part of Discovery, 2–3 weeks
  • Pilot: fixed fee, set in Discovery

The readiness review happens during Discovery. The pilot is a fixed fee, with its scope and timeline set in Discovery.

Discovery

  • 2–3 weeks
  • Fixed fee from $7,500
  • Credited against follow-on work

After a free 30-minute call, we look at your systems, data and team as they are today, and agree what is worth doing first. You get a written plan with scope, timeline and cost. If you go ahead with us, the Discovery fee comes off the follow-on work. For AI work, Discovery includes the readiness review.
