Services · SaaS and data platforms
Build, scale and rescue SaaS and data platforms.
Get a new platform into production in months, make growth a business decision instead of an engineering project, or bring a stalled rebuild home. Either way, you end up with a platform your own team can run.
Who it's for
Data and product leaders at companies where the platform is the product, or where the business depends on it: a SaaS data platform, an analytics backbone, or the pipelines behind customer reporting.
You may be starting something new, growing faster than the platform was built for, or mid-rebuild.
Sound familiar?
- We need a working platform this year, not in two.
- We've been “three months from done” for a year.
- Every release, someone checks the numbers by hand.
- It works for one region. It won't work for ten.
- Customers were promised dates the platform can't meet.
What you get
- A production platform in months: multi-tenant, tested and monitored from day one.
- A delivery plan built around the commitments you've already made to customers.
- Automated quality checks in the pipeline, so releases don't wait on manual review.
- An architecture your team understands, can extend and can operate.
- Documentation and a proper hand-over, so it keeps working after we step back.

Growth unblocked
Re-architected a geospatial SaaS platform so adding a jurisdiction became a business decision, not an engineering project.
Stalled → shipped
A petabyte-scale platform rebuild, taken over mid-flight and delivered on every customer commitment.
2 months
From first line of code to a multi-tenant SaaS platform, web and mobile, with its first client.
How long and how it's priced
Every engagement starts with Discovery. The build or rescue itself is then a fixed-scope project or a phased statement of work, with scope, timeline and price set in Discovery.
How it starts
Discovery
- 2–3 weeks
- Fixed fee from $7,500
- Credited against follow-on work
After a free 30-minute call, we look at your systems, data and team as they are today, and agree what is worth doing first. You get a written plan with scope, timeline and cost. If you go ahead with us, the Discovery fee comes off the follow-on work.
